The St George’s Cancer Care Centre is dedicated to treating and supporting cancer patients through an integrated approach to care, from radiation, chemotherapy and haematology to psychology nutrition and exercise advice. As the largest private provider of cancer care services in the South Island, we provide patients with another choice outside of the public system for cancer treatment, notably offering shorter waiting times, access to non-Pharmac funded drugs, and advanced treatment through innovative equipment and evidence-based protocols.

We are proud to bring world-class cancer treatment to patients across New Zealand. In addition to our main treatment facility in Christchurch where we house New Zealand’s first MRI linear accelerator offering the only non-invasive personalised radiation treatment in the country, we have remote clinics in Invercargill, Queenstown, Dunedin, and our latest location, Nelson, launching in early 2025. In partnership with Dunstan Hospital, we also offer our Chemo Close to Home service in Clyde which provides vital chemotherapy treatment in a supportive, local environment.
